What an amazing meal.
So after a long day of taking in the casino's and entertainment, treat yourself to a wonderful meal at the Red 8. This casual dining experience has an elegant setting located in the back of the Wynn and caters exquisite Asian dishes. The lettuce wraps as an appetizer are an amazing delight, these blow away other lettuce wraps and tease the palate into a mouthwatering savory. Dining family style allows you to all enjoy many wonderful dishes offered on the menu. As a generic staple you can order the sweet and sour chicken, but beware, this is no ordinary bland red sauce goo, but rather a sophisticated combination of fresh pineapple to make your mouth water uncontrollably and succulent vegetables that compliment the chicken in a sweet bouquet of goodness. Try the barbecue pork chow mien as a dish to tie all your entree's together and you have a great dining experience.

Still just as amazing as before.
Revisiting a restaurant can be a dangerous ordeal, especially when you are exposing the experience to someone else. While you are sure the food is outstanding and tickled your fancy, it's always a test of your critique when suggesting a restaurant to someone else. We returned to Red 8 two years later to share the experience and it was just as delicious as fore mentioned. The portions were generous and found us with food left over and everyone satisfied. So when visiting Las Vegas and you are in the mood for great Asian food be sure to stop at Red 8. It's not your panda express or P.F. Chang's, so I would suggest you dress a bit more upscale than shorts and T-Shirt.– Funky - 2011.07.23
