If you are looking for a good way to blow $5 then yeah here is the 5 star restaurant. I had to suffer through a weak rendition of General Tsao's Chicken and sesame chicken for a company meeting. Then a year later I break my vow to never suffer through such a brutal taste bud assault again by trying it again with some collegues. I tried the $5 lunch special hoping to play it safe. This debotchery of the asian cuisine is cruel and unusual! The hot and sour soup is neither hot nor sour but the blandest tasting bowl of bath water since egg drop soup. The Chicken Chow mein was a frightening flash back to an ugly childhood. The thick "noodles" tasted like old dusty worms of playdoh which still couldn't hide the fact that a can of LaChoy Chow Mein would have been more appetizing than this pile of goo. I didn't think it was possible to screw up fried rice but these masterful chef's have found a way to bring the bar to a new low.

Just the fact that The Cowboy Grub is still in existance is the only thing keeping this place from not getting any rating! – Funky - 2007.04.05
