With a touch of elegance and style this location on the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building has a stunning view of downtown Salt Lake City. The original decor and ambiance of the original pioneers crafted such a beauty that you hardly realize that your having a buffet. The food was adequately sufficient and quite satisfying, maybe not so much for the price of admission, but still a great meal. While the standard soups and salad were available and quite tasty, and the entrées were what most would expect at a buffet, the dessert bar over delivered with an elegant display of delicious sugar porn. Our evening was celebrated by an unexpected 25 min display of fire works at the Capitol building.
