Treat yourself to a wonderful night of food ecstasy as your mouth journeys through the most wonderful experience ever in Park City. Start off with a delicious steamed artichoke with a chipotle aioli and simple garlic butter dipping sauce. Each pedal brings a party of heat with the aioli as an alternating smooth buttery enjoyment bite from the garlic butter. The key ingredient to the dishes is the butter, throughout the night the smooth creaminess of each morsel was accompanied by a perfect balance of butter.
For that picky eater who needs their comfort food, this is the only place you will find the best Mac 'n Cheese. With its oversized elbow noodles drenched in a creamy cheese sauce this side dish became a meal in itself. The garlic mashed potatoes that accompanied the other meals were whipped into a fluffy cloud like delight. The Chicken Breast entree was tender and juicy, simple yet elegant. As for the tenderloin this is where you tell your mouth how much you love it. The need for a knife is rediculous, but necessary only because of the restaurant setting. The knife effortlessly fell through the steak without even really cutting revealing the beautiful thin sear and mouthwatering redness inside. To say you chewed this delicious model would be an understatement as it practically melts in your mouth. There is nothing that could top this exquisite cuisine masterpiece... except the Prime's Signature version of this. The addition of bluefin crab meat and Bearnaise sauce created our favorite dish. This is an elegant interpretation of the traditional Oscar style found in many restaurants. Again the key is the butter, the crab meat this far inland was a delight as it transformed me the pier in San Francisco where I grew up.
