Swedish Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 Potatos
  • 1/4 Stick of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

DIRECTIONS

Peel potatos and place in a large pan covering with water. Bring to a boil and cook until soft. 15 min.
Pour milk into a sauce pan and bring to a boil slowly as to not burn the milk.
When potatos are done, drain the water mash the potatos then and add butter, sugar, and milk as needed. Adding more butter for a more fluffy flavorful taste.
