Café Rio Style Pork

INGREDIENTS

Pork Burritto

  • 1-2lb. Pork roast or loin
  • 2(15oz.) cans Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Cilatro, chopped
  • 1 can Coke (or Dr. Pepper)
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced

 

Creamy Café Rio Style Cilantro Dressing

  • 1 package Ranch Buttermilk Dressing
  • 1-2 jalpeños (or 1/2 can green chilies)
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Burrito
Combine ingredients and cook in crockpot on high 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. Serve in burritos, enchiladas or in a salad with beans, rice, tomatoes, guac, cheese, torilla strips, cilantro, a lime wedge and creamy cilantro dressing.

Make Ranch dressing according to directions on envelope. Add jalapenos and cilantro then mix in blender.
